Bath Salts, More Found in Man's Home

Bath salts, a gun and drug paraphernalia were among the items police say they found in an Emporium man’s house last week.

59-year-old Gary Boyer is facing multiple charges after marijuana, smoking devices, a pill grinder and digital scales, as well as the bath salts were found. Police say he also had a .22 caliber pistol with the serial number removed.

Boyer is in jail in lieu of $50,000 bail.

Cops: Man Had Sex with 13-Year-Old

A Derrick City man is accused of having sex with a 13-year-old girl. 19-year-old Richie Cromley is charged with statutory sexual assault, unlawful contact with a minor and criminal solicitation on a computer of a sex act with a child. Two Arrested on Drug Charges

Two people were arrested on drug charges after state police got a report about unauthorized use of a vehicle. Troopers found the vehicle in Randolph on Wednesday and arrested the driver, 31-year-old Bridget Bardo of Conewango, for aggravated unlicensed operation and criminal possession of a controlled substance. She was released on her own recognizance and scheduled to appear in Town of Randolph Court. Her passenger, 28-year-old Andrew Jaquish of Salamanca, was charged with three counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance.
