Bradford Man Hurt in Route 219 Crash
A man who was thrown from his pickup truck and then left the scene of the Route 219 accident last night is facing DUI and other charges.
Police say 23-year-old Cody Fowler of Bradford lost control of the truck on the snow-covered road, about two miles from Route 59, at around 10:45 p.m., when it went up and over a guardrail and hit a tree. Witnesses saw Fowler got to a nearby business, where police found him a short time later.
Fowler was first taken to Bradford Regional Medical Center, but then transferred to UPMC Hamot for treatment of moderate injuries.
