Men Plead Not Guilty to Murder
Two men have pleaded not guilty to shooting an Olean man and dumping his body off the Route 16 overlook.
28-year-old Gary Maull and 53-year-old Thomas Turtle Hall are charged with first degree murder in connection to the death of Otis Lamont Parks, who body was found August 8 on an embankment at the overlook.
Parks, who was also known as Lamont Clemens, was executed, according to Cattaraugus County Sheriff Timothy Whitcomb. Maull and Hall are jailed without bail.
