One Accused Robbery Conspirator in Court

One of the people accused of staging a robbery to get $200 from a Bradford man was in McKean County Central Court this morning.

21-year-old Breanna Miller of Bradford waived her preliminary hearing. The hearing for her co-defendant, Timothy Wright, has been moved to next Thursday.

According to court papers, Wright tried to get money from the victim while he was in the shower with Miller. Next, Wright tried to get the money while Miller and the victim were having sex. They finally got it by staging a robbery in June, when Wright held a knife to Miller’s neck and threatened to kill her if the victim didn’t hand over the money.

Wright and Miller are both in McKean County Jail on $25,000 bail each.

Two Arrested on Drug Charges

Two people were arrested on drug charges after state police got a report about unauthorized use of a vehicle. Troopers found the vehicle in Randolph on Wednesday and arrested the driver, 31-year-old Bridget Bardo of Conewango, for aggravated unlicensed operation and criminal possession of a controlled substance. She was released on her own recognizance and scheduled to appear in Town of Randolph Court. Her passenger, 28-year-old Andrew Jaquish of Salamanca, was charged with three counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance. Cops: Man Had Sex with 13-Year-Old

A Derrick City man is accused of having sex with a 13-year-old girl. 19-year-old Richie Cromley is charged with statutory sexual assault, unlawful contact with a minor and criminal solicitation on a computer of a sex act with a child.
