PSP: Man Gave False Naame

A man is accused of lying to police during a traffic stop this morning.

Police stopped Victor Lushbaugh of Kane at 7:47 a.m. for a stop sign violation and, when they asked him for identification, he didn’t have any with him and didn't give them his real name.

He was charged with a misdemeanor count of giving false identification to law enforcement and several summary offenses.
