Man Dies in Construction Accident

A Brookville man is dead after a steel forming wall fell on him while he was working at the water treatment construction site in Pine Creek Township.

State Police say 23-year-old Cody Fyock died Wedenesday morning.

The accident is still under investigation.

Its sad that accident occurs while working caused a death. But his family should get compensation for his death on duty. Although it can never pay for his life but atleast living person needs money for living, as they lost their son, it should be compensated atleast in some portion.

the sad thing is it was no accident it was careless men not paying attention to there work and helping there fellow employees now one of my familes best friends is gone at the age of 23 which should have never happened how stupid are these workers at this water plant to be so careless like we all get 9 lives and one of the hardest working and greatest guys you would ever meet had to die in such a painful terrible way because others were careless with the way they build they should never be aloud to build again....
