Man Charged for Stealing Can of Pop
From the “Seriously? You called state police for this?” file: A 19-year-old is facing charges for stealing a can of pop. Troopers say Bradley Barnard of Byron, New York, took the beverage from the cafeteria lunch line at Genesee Community College and put it in his backpack.
