St. Marys Mayor Cited for Disorderly Conduct
The mayor of St. Marys was cited for disorderly conduct after an incident last week in Ridgway. Police say Bob Howard went into the Hello Beautiful salon on November 24 and yelled obscenities at the owner, Michelle Howard in the presence of customers.
