Wellsville Man Crushed to Death

A Wellsville man was crushed to death Tuesday when a 5-ton piece of equipment fell on him while he was working. State Police were called to Alstom Air Preheater Company where they discovered Eric Lehman had been killed after a huge, wedge-shaped piece of steel casing fell from its support stands and landed on him. Police have ruled the incident an industrial accident. OSHA is investigating.
