Tack's Inn Cited by PSP

Tack's Inn h as been cited by the state police bureau of liquor control enforcement for operating without a valid health permit or license, which expired on January 11.

In a fax sent to WESB and The HERO, state police say the business still didn't have a valid permit or license on February 11.

The charges will be brought before an administrative law judge.

Two Arrested on Drug Charges

Two people were arrested on drug charges after state police got a report about unauthorized use of a vehicle. Troopers found the vehicle in Randolph on Wednesday and arrested the driver, 31-year-old Bridget Bardo of Conewango, for aggravated unlicensed operation and criminal possession of a controlled substance. She was released on her own recognizance and scheduled to appear in Town of Randolph Court. Her passenger, 28-year-old Andrew Jaquish of Salamanca, was charged with three counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance.
