Two Plead Guilty in Catt County Court
An Olean man has pleaded guilty to a drug charge.
40-year-old James Pittman sold a controlled substance in Olean on October 2, 2009.
He’ll be sentenced May 9, according to a fax from the Cattaraugus County District Attorney's Office.
A Hinsdale man has pleaded guilty to burglary.
19-year-old Jarrett Kent was indicted by a Cattaraugus County grand jury for breaking into a Hinsdale home on July 15, 2010. He also had a weapon during the break-in.
He’ll be sentenced May 2.
