Man Arrested on Child Porn Charges

A Dunkirk man is jail for allegedly possessing and making child pornography.

31-year-old Roger Luczkowiak is accused of engaging in sexual acts with a 6-year-old girl, and is heard on a video giving the victim instructions on what to do.

The charges carry a maximum penalty of 10 years in prison and a fine of $250,000.

Two Arrested on Drug Charges

Two people were arrested on drug charges after state police got a report about unauthorized use of a vehicle. Troopers found the vehicle in Randolph on Wednesday and arrested the driver, 31-year-old Bridget Bardo of Conewango, for aggravated unlicensed operation and criminal possession of a controlled substance. She was released on her own recognizance and scheduled to appear in Town of Randolph Court. Her passenger, 28-year-old Andrew Jaquish of Salamanca, was charged with three counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance.
