Girl Accused of Attack Pleads Not Guilty

The Olean girl accused of stabbing another girl in the face with a knife in November has pleaded not guilty in Cattaraugus County Court.

16-year-old Destiny Bellaus is charged with assault and criminal possession of weapon in connection to the incident that happened in Oak Hill Park.

The victim may have a scar on her face for life, and police have said she was trying to stick up for someone who was being bullied at school.

The case has been adjourned for motions.

This is just stupid, Destiny will probably get away with this and the girl who was stabbed will live in fear when Destiny should be punished. This is an attempted murder people, not stealing a candy bar.
