Taglianetti in Court Today
The man accused of killing Clymer Schools Superintendent Keith Reed Jr. in September is back in court today for pre-trial hearings.
Anthony Taglianetti’s attorney requested the hearings because the public defender’s office has taken issue with search warrants issued and executed in Virginia, where Taglianetti was found several days after the shooting. The public defender’s office is also taking issue with how evidence was gathered.
Prosecutors believe Taglianetti shot Reed because he thought Reed was having an affair with his ex-wife.
The hearings started on Tuesday in Chautauqua County Court.
