Man Sentenced for Police Stand-Off

The Olean man who held police at bay for about an hour and a half, and fired a shot from a rifle out the back door of his apartment will spend the next two to four years in state prison.

49-year-old Frank DiLorenzo was charged as a repeat felon after pleading guilty to a charge of reckless endangerment.

The incident happened on July 18. He eventually surrendered to police. No one was hurt.
