Accused Motor Thieves Headed to Court
Two of the men charged for stealing an antique motor from Seneca Resources’ property and a chop saw belonging to Cummins Construction have waived their preliminary hearings.
Duane Gonzalez of Bradford and Timothy Slotta of Turtlepoint allegedly sold the items to Metallico.
Charges against their co-defendant, 34-year-old Joshua Everly of Bradford, were bound to court following a hearing in front of District Judge Rich Luther.
